Getting Started and Onboarding

Getting started with ChAi takes a few minutes:

• Go to askchai.tech and sign up for an account.
• Your 14-day free trial begins immediately — no credit card commitment required to explore the platform.
• Complete your onboarding call (see below) — this is a required step before your Today screen unlocks.
• Connect your data sources so ChAi can start generating risk scores for your customers.

During your trial, you'll have full access to explore how ChAi works with your own data. If you have questions at any point, you can reach out to support@askchai.tech.

Directly after signup and initial upload of data, you'll have access to an actionable set of insights that you can start working with immediately. Your full dashboard will be unlocked at your 30-min onboarding call.

Setting up your business profile

Your business profile gives ChAi the industry context it needs to score customers accurately. Because churn looks different across industries — a gym member going quiet for two weeks means something different than an insurance client not renewing — this context helps ChAi tailor its risk assessment to your specific business.

During setup, you'll be asked about:

• Your industry / business type
• How your business typically retains and loses customers

The more accurate this profile is, the more relevant your risk scores and recommendations will be.

Don't worry if you cannot answer all the questions initially. You'll be guided and assisted during the onboarding session.

Completing your Onboarding Call

Before your full dashboard unlocks, you'll need to complete a short onboarding call. You can schedule this directly from your welcome screen. This step exists to make sure:

• Your business profile is set up correctly, so ChAi has the right industry context for your risk scoring
• Your data sources are connected properly from day one
• You understand how to read and act on your risk scores before you're relying on them day to day

Once your onboarding call is complete, your welcome screen will give way to the full workspace, and you can start using ChAi immediately.

No lengthy onboarding process that takes weeks or even months. You're ready to go right from our first onboarding call.
