Connecting an Integration

ChAi currently connects with HubSpot, Xero, Intercom, Freshdesk, FreshBooks, QuickBooks Online, and Zoho CRM. All of them follow the same connection process:

1. Go to your Integrations settings in ChAi.
2. Select the integration you want to connect and click Connect.
3. You'll be redirected to that platform to log in and authorize ChAi's access.
4. Once authorized, you'll be returned to ChAi, and your data will begin syncing.

Once connected, data feeds into your customers' risk scores automatically — there's nothing further to configure unless you're troubleshooting a sync issue (see below).
