With Data Drop, you can upload data as you have it, without needing to reformat, clean, or restructure it first. ChAi is built to work with messy, real-world data rather than requiring a perfect spreadsheet before it can help you.
To use Data Drop:
- Go to Data Drop in ChAi.
- Upload your files — you can upload more than one.
- ChAi will process what you've provided and begin incorporating it into your risk scoring.
If you're unsure whether your data is usable, upload it anyway — Data Drop is designed to handle imperfect data, not just pristine exports.
