What data ChAi needs to generate accurate risk scores

The types of customer data — activity, payment, and support — that help ChAi generate more accurate churn risk scores.

ChAi works with the data you already have, but more (and more current) data generally means more accurate, better-supported risk scores. Useful data includes:

  • Customer activity or engagement data (e.g. usage, attendance, interactions)
  • Payment and billing data (e.g. payment status, failures, renewal dates)
  • Support interaction data (e.g. tickets, response patterns)

You don't need all of these connected to get started — ChAi will generate scores from whatever's available, and scores improve in confidence as more data comes in. But remember, the better your data is, the better your insights will be.
